A Premium Construction Steel Brand, H CORE

Hyundai Steel’s H CORE has taken yet another step forward as a premium construction steel brand by moving beyond mere safety and fully embracing the core value of “assurance.”

Previously, the H CORE brand had been limited to construction steel materials, such as rebar and section steel, applicable only to seismic design. However, the newly launched H CORE has expanded the scope of the brand’s products to include heavy plates, steel pipes, and both hot and cold-rolled steel, which are applicable to all construction processes, including civil engineering, architecture, and factory processes.

The new H CORE plans to reinforce its image as a premium brand by selectively developing and producing only items that, according to company standards, are superior in terms of their weldability, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, high ductility, and eco-friendliness.

Hyundai Steel has also developed a new slogan—“Iron Infused with Safety, Assurance by H Core”—in order to emphasize that the new H CORE produces high-quality steel based on a foundation of safety that customers can trust.

In order to effectively convey the message that H CORE’s products uphold its foundational values, Hyundai Steel not only aims to tailor its communication strategy to the general public, the end user, but will also aim to create messaging targeting customers in all fields of construction including design and manufacturing.

In order to provide customers with more effective and accessible information on H CORE, Hyundai Steel has opened a separate website (https://hcore.co.kr) for the brand instead of providing information on H Core through Hyundai Steel*s existing website. 

On the H CORE website, customers can check out detailed information and related materials on H CORE products and how they can be used, and take advantage of the brand’s effective customer support program, which makes use of a two-way communication channel.

“Our goal is for H CORE to be recognized as the highest-quality construction steel brand that customers can rely on with the greatest of assurance,” said a company spokesperson.

Since its launch in November 2017, H CORE, Korea’s first earthquake-resistant steel brand, has continued to earn customers’ trust and has solidified its place in the construction market.
