Hyundai Steel women’s football team, the Red Angels, have unveiled new uniforms for the WK League 2023 season.
The new uniforms feature diamond patterns against red and blue, the team’s colors, creating a luxurious look.
The team members plan to wear their red uniforms for home games and their blue ones for away games.
The Red Angels’ sports brand partner, Umbro, listened to suggestions from players and coaches during the initial design stage to create and finalize the design direction. Umbro continued to communicate with the team throughout the process, creating an optimal uniform.
“Following the signing of an official sponsorship agreement with Umbro in April of last year, the Red Angels are now taking the lead in advancing the infrastructure of women’s football,” said a club official. “With their new uniforms, the team will be able present their fans with a more elevated and enhanced performance.”
The Red Angels scored a solid 3:0 win at the opening match against Mungyeong Sangmu WFC, held at their home stadium on March 24, and will attempt to win an 11th consecutive league title this season.
