The Red Angels, the women’s football team owned and operated by Hyundai Steel, have moved into a clubhouse exclusively for women’s football, the first such clubhouse in all of Korea.
It is expected that the new clubhouse will have a positive effect on the infrastructure of the WK League as well as on the physical wellbeing of the individual players. “The clubhouse has been optimized so that the players can focus on their play,” said Red Angels manager, Jeung Sung-chun. “We are preparing for a 2020 season that will make our fans proud.” On June 15, the Red Angels started their march to their 8th consecutive league title by winning the first match of the WK League 2020 season against Suwon UDC.
