Exhibit Held for Improved Customer-centric Quality Awareness

To ensure the success of the 2021 Hyundai Steel Complaint Campaign, the Customer Product Dissatisfaction Exhibition is being held at the Dangjin Integrated Steelworks and Suncheon Works until March 26. 

The Customer Product Dissatisfaction Exhibition is aimed at overcoming uncertainty in the market economy and internal/external environmental changes caused by COVID-19 by preemptively analyzing customer complaints and improving the company’s quality competitiveness. 

At this exhibition, various defect occurrence patterns and customer issues regarding cold-rolled, hot-rolled, thick-plate, and special-steel products are discussed, and expert reviews and responses on those issues will be on display. Hyundai Steel staff attending the exhibition will be able to understand product issues as they were experienced by customers to gain an elevated awareness of customer-centric quality.
