Powered by generative AI technology, the HIP platform offers two types of services: “Internal Document Search” and “Management Support Chatbot.” The platform is open for all employees to use, allowing them to quickly and easily find company information without the extra steps involved in searching for work information across various fields, or identifying the responsible personnel.
“We anticipate that employees will be able to use the information and knowledge available on the new HIP platform to handle tasks more efficiently,” commented a manager involved in the platform’s launch.
In addition, the company plans to continuously enhance the performance of HIP based on feedback on its operation. This includes enhancing the platform’s information search performance and expanding the scope of knowledge areas. Hyundai Steel’s goal is to eventually develop HIP into an internal information platform that aligns with the DX (Digital Transformation) era.
