Hyundai Steel launches the website for its customized vehicle solution brand “H-SOLUTION.”
The new website presents the company’s unique technologies and services and is designed to help Hyundai lead the future of the vehicle market and secure economic competitiveness. On January 30, Hyundai Steel opened the ”AE” service portal (http://ae.hyundai-steel.com) both online and as a mobile app.
“AE,” an acronym for “Application Engineering,” represents Hyundai’s commitment to providing value in all processes, from design and production to sales.
Through the newly opened AE service portal, customers can get an overview of Hyundai’s applied technologies and steel products used in vehicles. The same information is available on the mobile app, allowing users to readily access a broad range of information via their smartphones.
Along with product overviews and information, the portal also features improved customer services. For example, the processing status of steel grade certificates and technology requests, which could previously only be confirmed through meetings and emails, can now be checked through the site, greatly facilitating work tasks.
Through the site, customers can easily see and experience all that Hyundai Steel has to offer. The site also includes information on the 2019 Auto Shanghai, where Hyundai Steel presented its new steel grades, new technologies, and customized production services through the EV concept car.
Hyundai Steel anticipates that the launch of the website will further promote the company’s high-quality vehicle materials and promising technologies, thereby strengthening its position as a leader of the global vehicle steel market.
